Where can I access information related to my Thinkific Affiliate program?
The Thinkific Affiliate program runs on the PartnerStack affiliate platform. All details will be available on your PartnerStack dashboard.
Where do I send my traffic?
Based on historical performance data, we have designed an optimized landing page for our affiliate partners, which results into higher conversions. Your default referral link will be set up to this page.
When will I get my referral link?
All new affiliate partners will receive their referral link as part of their ‘welcome message’ on PartnerStack.
Can I create a custom link?
Based on our existing partners’ performance, we recommend using the default referral links. However, if you prefer to use an alternative page for your audience, you can request the Thinkific Affiliate team for a custom link.
How are my referrals tracked?
All visits to the Thinkific website are tracked through your unique referral link via a browser cookie. This cookie is valid for 90 days. If a potential referral returns within 90 days and signs up for Thinkific, you’ll be credited as the referee.If they click on another affiliate’s referral link, the cookie will no longer be tracked for you. To ensure accurate referral attribution, your referrals will need to click and sign up with your link.
What happens when my referral doesn't use my link?
If a referral doesn’t use your link, unfortunately the referral will not be attributed to you and you will lose your commission. To earn commission, please ensure your referrals are using your link to sign up for their Thinkific account.
Payment
When do I get paid?
Affiliate commissions are generated after a 30-day delay to allow Thinkific to reconcile payments. Following the 30-day hold, payments are verified at the end of the month and paid out on the 13th of the month to your selected payment provider.
How do I get paid?
Commissions are available for cash-out via PayPal or Stripe. Please note, you need a minimum of $25 in order to cash out your payment.

We’ll reward you with 30% of the recurring revenue on your referrals for as long as your referral is a paying Thinkific customer. Please note: Plus plans receive a recurring commission of $150 per month instead of 30%.
